Is drone footage included in the packages?

Yes, drone footage is included in all our video packages unless your wedding venue is in Sydney CBD or near an airport.

Are there any postponement or cancellation fees?

No, we're super chill when it comes to this. There'll be no extra fees if your wedding is rescheduled or cancelled.

Can we change our packages after we have booked you?

Yep, we understand that wedding plans can change quite a bit throughout the planning process.

We are a little awkward in front of the camera, is that okay?

That's perfectly normal! Our approach is focused on creating a relaxed and natural atmosphere. While we may provide gentle guidance and suggestions to help you look your best in the photos and film, we strive to capture authentic moments rather than overly posed shots.

What happens if you get sick or injured right before the wedding day?

This is a very rare scenario, but having a plan B is good. In this case, we'll get one of our experienced team members to replace us on that day.

How do we lock in your services for our wedding day?

We generally require a 50% deposit to secure your wedding date. This deposit is fully refundable should you change your mind later on.

Do we need a second photographer/videographer?

We generally only recommend getting a second photographer/videographer if your wedding guests exceed 600.
